    In September 27, 2023, we entered into a snow removal contract with ***********************, promptly transferring $1977.50 via E-transfer, which was deposited the same day. The agreement included an additional 25% payment, ensuring that *************************** ***** would be dispatched upon the accumulation of 5 cm of snow. Despite being offered the option to pay $1400 for a 7 cm threshold, we opted for the higher payment. However, the company has failed to fulfill its obligations, never once providing the 5 cm cleanup service. Even with a clause allowing completion within 24 hours, there have been numerous instances of non-compliance and breaches of contact.Below are the ****** snowfall dates for 2024:Jan 7th: Snowfall exceeded ***** cm, but no crew was dispatched.Jan 9th: Despite over 10 cm of snow, crews were not dispatched until Jan 10th.Jan 12th: 5 cm of snow fell, but no crew arrived.Jan 13th: With 14.8 cm of snow, crews did not arrive until Jan 14th late afternoon.Jan 16th: 5 cm of snowfall, no crew arrived Jan 24th: 6 cm of snow, no crew arrived Feb 15th: Snowfall reached 10 cm, but no action was taken.Upon confronting ********************* about these breaches, he consistently disregarded our concerns. Despite our evidence from reliable weather reports, he blocked our phone numbers and dismissed our grievances via email. During a face-to-face confrontation on February 18 at his workplace on 40 Saint *****, he not only refused to address contractual obligations but also resorted to derogatory remarks and threats of police involvement.Investigations revealed his lack of licensing from the city, raising serious concerns about his legitimacy. Despite our efforts to seek a refund, he persistently refuses to fulfill his contractual obligations. This has led to significant difficulties for our group of 12 tenants residing in ***********, including missed classes and hindrances to daily routines due to inadequate snow removal services and delayed responses.
