    In the summer of 2023 a Salesperson came to the door. Explained it was a 1 fee charged throughout the year for provided throughout the year & could cancel at any time. Especially if we werent happy. (on the contract.) We need the inside services, which were the bulk of the cost. We Booked inside services for after 1pm. They showed up at 11am & I could not let them in. They left. They must have come back at some point and put mouse traps outside. We were unaware they did this. No note, text or email were received. They never rebooked or came to perform the inside services. In January 2024 a guy came to refill the traps outside that we didnt know were even there. We explained to him that we never got the initial service inside & were moving to ******* but would take them there. He said call the ************** take care of it as there is an office in *******. We realized they were billing the agreed rate per quarter and not per year as we were told. We told customer service all of this and they said no thats not how they do things etc. we said wed even be willing to pay for the service inside if it was actually performed but we were not paying another payment until it was. Again we were told it was a one time yearly charge and had been billed per quarter and have no idea when they couple mousetraps were went outside. Not a service worth $279 a quarter. We didnt even realize they had come back after they left in the ************** perform any services. Even though we offered to fulfil the contract (that we were scammed on) if they actually did the initial work. They refused & said they had service contracts proving they had done the work & were in our home. Which they never were. They sent our file to collections adding an additional cancelation fee even though we were told there were no cancelation fees & on top of that, the month they are billing through collections would have completed the contract.
