      ***** at Expert Property Enhancements did a couple of different projects for me in 2021 and 2022. In 2022, they installed a drain for me below the pavement of a shared driveway at my townhouse. The pavement was re-poured, but sunk (they said to expect that) once it dried. ***** said they would be back to pave a second layer so that there would be no bump remaining. I paid my bill in full (rookie mistake) and despite multiple emails, phone calls, and promised dates of return, they never returned to complete the work. Yes, it took me a couple of years to get around to writing this review, but I still would never hire this company again, as I felt very taken advantage of, and my concern was never resolved. At the time I was a single parent as well and did not have the time or energy to keep fighting for a resolution.
