    Very disappointing experience would not recommend I ordered a quartz kitchen countertop from The Stone Fabricator ***** and the entire experience was frustrating from start to finish.When visiting the showroom, it was difficult to get any assistance you basically have to walk around on your own and make a selection without clear guidance or information.The installation was extremely poor. The joint was bright white on a grey countertop, visibly uneven, and yet they marked the job as complete and satisfactory. I had to complain and send photos before they admitted it wasnt done properly. When they came to fix it, they simply tried to even it out and used a marker to darken the white joint. I had to complain again before it was finally ************* need to monitor every step closely, because they will leave the work unfinished if they can. Each time they sent someone whether it was a representative or even the owner the attitude was arrogant and condescending. They kept offering excuses: saying the installers were apprentices, that the supervisor was on vacation, or even that the person fixing the color was color-blind. Instead of taking responsibility, they tried to make me feel unreasonable for expecting professional standards.After all the issues, they didnt even offer a small discount or apology for the time, frustration, and repeated visits required to get a basic level of quality.There are many countertop specialists in ****** save yourself the stress, poor service, and excuses. Youll likely end up with a repaired product and still pay full price.
