    We have hired ***** ****** from Get Renovate to do our front and backyard patio. The grouting was not done right. It was done just before it started to rain and the glue in the sand would not bind properly it there is a lot of moisture when this is done. I mentioned that to the sub contractor doing this job for ***** and he said that this should not be a problem as he is an expert doing this for many years and had no issue with it. Surely after the area dired the sand started coming loose. I raised this issue **** ***** and he kept on telling me that he will come and fix it when he is in the neighborhood until now when he bluntly refused to fix it saying its the moiusture issue in my ground. I have another patio done by another contractor in my backyard since 2014 and its has no moisture issue of any kind. He is trying to stay away with provideing any warranty even though he has provide us witrh written guarantee our his work for any weed infestation or imbalances due to workmanship for two years from the date of completion.

    We noticed this complaint was submitted before our team at Get Renovate had the opportunity to resolve it. 

    On November 8, 2024, we thoroughly jet-washed the entire area, and on November 9, 2024, we completed the job by resanding the surface as previously agreed with the customer. Please see the attached photos documenting the completed work, and we kindly ask for the removal of this complaint.
