    I had a bad luck on the 1st of November 2023. My Truck F250 2008 broke down on the 417. I had it towed by a tow company and when they delivered the vehicle, it rolled down the ramp right into my garage corner which is attached to the house. Brand new, After dozens and dozens of back and forth with the company the only thing done at this point is some framing and drywall. The finish, the siding and the brick has not been touched. we are getting close to the end of the summer and still it is not done, I spoke with the insurance company, no change. I spoke with Belfor management, project manager I could name them all and still,,,,, zero service.... zero follow up..... zero job done my next step will be to file to court. They made me have about 8 appointments so far for nothing making me lose days of work. I complained multiple times and was told multiple times that they would call back....... zero. I had scafolding left in front of my house for 2 weeks and had to ask for them to pick it up because they were ready to finish the job apparently and told me they could not finish. This has been going on for 9 months now. Paid my 1000$ deductible

    Hi,
    I would just like to say that before contacting you I have been trying to settle this with the company for many years now. I had work done by Belfor through my insurance company after I experienced flooding. They did some work to my ceiling a couple of years later the taping work on the ceiling started to come undone. I asked them to come and repair this work as it was still under warranty. I had someone come out and look at it and they said it would be covered and they would come and fix it. They never did. I have text messages and emails dating back years ago. They have gone through many different property managers over the years and each one I contacted had come out to my house and say they would fix it. They never did. Now they are saying that the warranty is expired. If they had come to do they work 3 years ago when I had asked them the warranty wouldn’t have been expired. I am beyond frustrated because I keep getting the run around from the different managers that I have dealt with. I have text messages and emails to prove that I reached out to the company years ago, but now they won’t even get back to me. I have already sent them multiple emails and texts as well as pictures. I would just like them to complete the repairs like they said they would in the first place. I’ve attached only a few of the emails and texts and emails exchanged but you can see how many people I have tried to contact to have this resolved over the years.
