    Thank you Craig Contracting for your excellent craftsmanship in the creative design and construction of my deck. The work was carried out with efficiency and punctuality. All members of the team completed the project in a friendly and respectful manner with attention to detail and care throughout. Craig has instilled a strong work ethic in his team. Anyone he mentors is very fortunate. His sense of humour and positive outlook are encouraging.The deck is beautiful and the solar post caps are a touch of magic. I am most pleased!I highly recommend Craig Contracting.

    We just love our beautiful backyard red cedar fence put up by Craig Contacting. Two sides were done last summer & a matching third side was put up this spring. From initial contact to planning & execution, Craig was very accommodating to all our requests. His team or workers have been with him for years and are experienced hard working pros who are impressive to watch at work! Would highly recommend.

    Came highly recommended, but after first contact in July and promise to do work immediately, kept bumping the start date. Never any information without ** asking repeatedly, no apology, no answering of any emails. Finally a message to either take another bump to a date in spring or good luck finding someone else. Rude, disrespectful, and extremely unprofessional. We decided to cancel the job.

    Recently we received a complaint from an individual in ***** ******* concerning timing on a potential project. I had met with her and her partner a few months back. They were looking to have some fencing done. I explained there and then that we were very busy and would try to fit them in in October. I provided a quote and they accepted. We did not ask for a security deposit.
    Closer to October the couple reached out about timing. I explained that due to workload and weather we could accommodate them. I offered them first thing in the spring. She was upset that we couldn’t get them done. I stated we are working with weather, we are an outdoor company. Offered spring as a spot. She declined and said I was rude. I was definitely not rude. We have a great track record with our clients. It’s unfortunate that it has come to this. I apologize on our end for not being able to attend to their project. We have lots of bookings and can not control the weather. Hopefully this will give them closure.
