    * ***** **** **** ***** ** * ***** ** ***** ******* **** Marshall the owner is very non professional. I hired his company to do a small project and due to the ********* glitch that affected the banking system, I was unable to send the payment and had to get cash instead. Marshall asked me to come to Newmarket to hand him the cash but I politely apologized for not being able to go all the way down to Newmarket and asked him politely that anyone is welcome to come pick up the cash from my house since I was in the middle of moving all day. He came to he house, he lost it and became very *******, using aggressive non professional language / behavior AND using racial comments ...yes, he was using non professional racial comments!!!!!

    We hired Green Machine for our backyard landscape job. We were extremely pleased with the work done, professionalism of the workers and finished result! It was done on schedule with no issues (even though it was a sweltering heatwave!!).
    Would hire again!!

    * ***** ********* I am on the Board of Directors for ******, a condominium of 106 Townhouses in Aurora Ont. This year our Board hired Green Machine Inc. to cut our lawns and take care of our property. BIG mistake. It was the worst hire we have made. Verbal promises were made and guidelines were given along with a written contract. We later found out that Marshall (the owner) was not being very truthful with us. As a matter of fact he JUST QUIT on us at the most important time of the year. The fall clean up. After the horrid year of Green Machine doing a terrible job with things not being done properly, (many complaints from homeowners) we were just hoping to get through the year and get the leaves removed, etc. then look for a new landscaper next year. Now we are in a very bad situation trying to find and hire someone to help at this time of the year. I know for sure that this is the most expensive time for landscaping companies, (clean up) but this has never happened before at this property from any company ever! * ****** ********* **** *** **** **** **** ***** ******* ***. The Board of Directors and the residents are very disappointed and dismayed from the actions of this company. *******
