    I am a small business owner and use Cardium for payment processing at my restaurant. I am missing settlement funds for three days of sales (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday), totaling over $1,500. As of Monday afternoon, the funds have not arrived in my Scotiabank business account.******* claims the funds were sent and provided a fund reference number. However, when I contacted my bank (**********), they confirmed there are no pending transactions and that they cannot trace the payment without a formal trace or confirmation from the sender.I have called Cardium multiple times and spoken to several different agents, none of whom have taken responsibility or provided any resolution. I have specifically asked them to initiate a trace or provide proof that the funds were sent to the correct account. Instead, Ive been told repeatedly to wait until tomorrow with no documentation, escalation, or follow-up.Ive lost time, peace of mind, and risk further financial strain on my business operations due to this delay. Whats most frustrating is the lack of accountability and the fact that no single person is handling my case.

    Constant badgering/soliciting buy the company for the interact-credit card machine services. We have asked many times to be removed from their call list, without success. As of today's date September 14 2022 we have received over 20 phone calls from them. I am just fed up with their harassment. I have told them every time I do not wish to be their customer.
