    I ordered a trunk from Hunt Parts and when I received it, there was a big dent in it. Contacted customer service immediately and they refuse to do anything. I did not pay over $300 for a dented item and its simply ridiculous that they will not answer my follow up emails or at least try to provide a solution for me.

    I bought the front bumper for my 2019 Subaru Forester Sport. When I received it I was unable to install it due to health issues . So I finally got to install it . This is the way the bumper came delivered to my address. The paint was missing at a couple of locations . Also it was peeling below the fog light area of the bumper . I called and they told me they dont cover cosmetic damage but I said thats the way the bumper came delivered

    Ordered a new car hood that was ***** Certified including painting. The hood arrived defective with warps, paint missing on one edge, and the paint was cloudy in areas. I contacted **** through email because they won't talk to their customers on the phone. They replied and told me to buff it out, I replied that it is defective and I would like to return it. They haven't replied for two weeks now. Also I contacted ***** and they informed me the part was de-certifed in 2012.

    Ordered car parts from Hunt parts . After prolonged waiting for them to receive parts . After three months they said we will just refund your money. Checked my credit card statement no refund of my purchase. Called mail box full. Couldnt leave message. Emailed nothing. Just want my money back.

    I ordered a replacement rocker panel for my truck on 25 Feb 2024. Payment was made through ******. When I tried to contact Hunt Parts to get information on the shipment they refused to contact me. There has been no contact between the company and myself, I tried using their online help and contact to get answers and have recieved nothing from them.

    After receiving your last communication about my complaint, I have receive an email from “Hunt Parts”. They have agreed to refund me for my order, the refund has gone to ****** but is not in my account yet. I understand there will be a few days for processing through ******.



    I have attached the email from the company and the email from ******. 



    Thank you for your assistance with this matter. I consider this matter resolved at this time.

    Ordered a bumper for $793 dollars,product never came.Nor was any refund granted.They just cancelled the order and kept the money. Stopped answering emails and calls.Seems like a straight case of fraud.Doubt they had any inclination to deliver on any product there selling.

    Hi, I ordered a bumper and fender from hunt parts. They sent me a wrong bumper and the paint from fender is just coming off I already told them about the situation and they are refused to give me refund. They are blaming everything thing on me

    Ordered a front bumper for a Honda Fit. I gave them the correct paint code as well as the paint name. "White Pearl" They ship me a grey bumper.
    Rather than fixing their mistakes they reimburse the $200. painting charge. It costs me $375 to have it repainted. Would like to have the extra costs reimbursed.

    I ordered parts and payed them for . gotten half the parts asked for the rest . I get no response from them ******* *******
