      * *** ** ** ***** ********* it took 3 hrs 6 phone calls because they kept hanging up and threatening a lawsuit and going to the media and posting bad reviews and making videos on all social media platforms I own to get the money back they took out of my act for a plan they won't even allow me to use but allowed me to purchase.

      Customer service was very lacking, after over an hour on the phone trying to talk to a supervisor/manager, was told multiple times that wasnt an option. Two months of spotty horrible service and no data(I'm paying for 50gb and using less than 25 so there should be no loss of speed or connection.) The manager when I was finally connected was very nice but no excuse for the frustration and not receiving services I'm paying for. The price point is low for the services, but the consistency compared to others in this price range is definitly lower. If you value customer service, and consistency I wouldnt recommend Lucky Mobile at all.

      I will not waste more of my time on this company than I have to. Terrible on boarding process, and they don't honor their promotional agreements. I phoned to complain about the fact I didn't get my 3rd month free as agreed and they said I could apply and "maybe" get the 4th month free. I asked for it in writing, and they said no.

      Very expensive and hidden fees
      It is less than 2 months I am with Lucky mobile and not happy.
      There are hidden fees that nowhere shown and declared like sending video messages.
      They withdraw more than monthly payment and call it balance (non-refundable).
      No invoice and payment history is completely different from withdraw.
      For me they are finished *** * ***** **** ****** *** ******* ******** ********

      I added 2GB of data to my basic plan on May 1st for an extra $15 a month -- a $40/month plan. Lucky billed my credit card for that amount the same day. Apparently, May 2nd is the 1st day in the billing period and apparently I used $0.49 of data on the 1st day by turning it on. So, my account was only showing $39.51 on May 2nd. I received two text messages informing me my account was overdue. I checked my Visa and saw the full amount for the month had been paid. So, I ignored the texts not realising Lucky suspended my service.
      I was driving home on the highway last night trying to make an important call when I discovered I had no service. I tried to resolve the issue when I arrived home but speaking to a live person was impossible. The only solution online was to top up my account with more money which I refused to do. I had to book an appointment (for the next day or the day after) if I wanted to speak with a live agent. By the time the agent called I was furious and my wife had found me a much better deal by putting me back on our family plan with **** ***** ******** * ****** 
      When I finally spoke to the Lucky people, I told them I was cancelling and that I wanted a refund. The agent refused to do a refund. The agent's supervisor refused to do a refund. The supervisor refused to give the contact information of his supervisor. The only option given to me was to put more money into my account and continue service with Lucky, which I absolutely refuse to do.

      ***** can’t talk to anyone paid and can’t even use the service
