    ** * ***** **** * ****** * ****** ****** ** *** **** *** **** *******, unfortunately we got them through the ****** website *** **** *** ********* *** ****** *** ***** ***** they change their prices when they get to your home, they don't provide itemized receipts, they ask for a large deposit, ask for cash to receive a "discount" (even provided their own personal e transfer!!) and they do nothing in writing, including the quote (very vague) Everything they lure you in with and to agree on is done verbally so, your word against theirs. We had no choice but to go ahead with this as we were cancelled on by everyone else and it was nearing the end of the month. We still don't have any kind of receipt either, it's as if we never did business with Task Force Movers.     Hello, We take accusations like this very seriously. Our trucks are clearly marked, our movers wear uniforms, and we provide all customers with written quotes, confirmations, and receipts through our official company email. We never ask for personal e-transfers or under-the-table payments — that is strictly against our policy.

    If someone claimed to be from Task Force Movers and engaged in the behavior you described, we urge you to contact us directly with any details (names, emails, phone numbers, screenshots, or payment confirmations). If our name was used fraudulently, we will pursue it immediately.

    We understand how upsetting a bad moving experience can be, especially during such a stressful time, and we’re here to help however we can.

    3 separate issues. 1. They did major damage to the hardwood floors moving out of the old house. They made me pay in full an hour before they were finished and assured me that a claim would be submitted and then proceeded to ignore me and block my number. 2. Halfway through unloading (probably as soon as I paid the bill) they seemed to get bored and instead of bringing the items into the house and putting them in the appropriate rooms, they decided to stuff the garage full. The opening was a wall of things - even well-labelled boxes for the kitchen and bedrooms, as well as furniture - all ended up in the garage. 3. They didn’t bring a big enough truck so I had to hire another person on the weekend to help me move the big stuff leftover and then ferry the rest in carloads every day for 2 weeks. Thankfully I was only moving in town. Worst move I’ve ever had and I will never use them again.

    Damage Claims – If any damage occurred during your move, we absolutely want to resolve it properly. We never block customers, and all claims must be submitted in writing with photos to our official email. If you’ve already done so, please follow up again — we’re committed to reviewing every case fairly.

    Unloading Issues – Our standard unloading procedure is to place items in the rooms they are labeled for, unless instructed otherwise. If this was not done correctly, we sincerely apologize. That’s not the level of service we strive for.

    Truck Size – We always recommend an accurate inventory during booking to ensure the proper truck size. If more items were added or the volume exceeded the original estimate, we understand how frustrating that can be and are sorry it caused extra work for you.

    ********** ******** They broke so many valuable items but refuse to acknowledge the damage despite the fact that I witnessed them dropping items off the truck. Their rates were exorbitant. They charged 15.5 hours to empty 2 storage units that were fully crated . It could have taken four hours or less. Now I have to take my photo and text evidence to small claims court. ***** **** ************** ******* ** *** ******
