We’re truly sorry for the severe delay with your order. It was shipped from our Canada warehouse and unfortunately got held up at customs due to unexpected border congestion. We’re relieved to see there is now movement on the tracking—your package has cleared the border and is currently in transit. It’s expected to arrive by May 27th.

1 starThe lack of customer service is baffling. I ordered clothes 10 days ago. I paid extra to ensure the clothes would get here in time for a wedding (ordered them 2+ weeks before wedding). The package still has not left their facility. There is no phone number to call, there is no live chat. You can chat with an AI bot, or send an email. I've done both and received zero responses. The emails state they will respond in 1-2 days... its been 4 days, not a word.

We’re relieved to see that your package has now cleared the border and is in transit. It’s expected to arrive by May 28th.
I also see that our support agent has processed a refund for the expedited shipping cost. We apologize for the delay in our response—due to a high volume of inquiries, our response times are currently longer than usual. Kindly note that creating multiple tickets can unintentionally delay resolution, as it resets your request in the queue.

1 starShipping is horrific! Placed an order on 04/28/25. On 05/06/25 contacted the company to find out status of the order. They said there was a delay due to the volume of orders. A shipping label was created on 05/06/25 but there the order still sits today, 05/13/25. Contacted them again on 05/12/25 to ask for a refund. I was told I can't have a refund because the order was fulfilled. I need to wait and return the products when they arrive (on an undetermined date in the future). The products are sitting in their possession, not the carriers or mine. POOR customer service!!!American Tall

i need my return label so i can return for an exchange, i have my new set of items literally sitting in my cart... 2weeks for a label and probably another 2-3 weeks for the credit and another 2weeks to get my reshop items!!! and at that time god forbid anything needs to be returned.... *** your shipping label command is broken, it does not work if it even ever exist. i attempted this feature at least 5 times, the same message every time. error please give it 2-3 days!!! 1 starI bought a pair of ***** pants (female size 8 tall) in green. They were fabulous. Ordered the same pair in navy blue (same size) and they were huge! Since their sizing chart is not applicable to their pant sizing, there does not seem to be much use in using the sizing chart. I wanted to order a size 6 and a size 4 since I am not able to establish which size would fit best.
Terrible customer service. I phoned the customer service phone number and no one has called back.

1 starThe men's clothes don't hold up in the paint. My son is 6'9", and I thought I had finally found a solution for him with this company, but it was not the solution. The clothes rip very quickly, from the hoodie to the white t-shirt that was delivered stained; I have basically nothing this boy can wear from this selection of clothing I bought him in February. Then I sent them an email with a picture of the pants, and they expected me to hold on to them, as they took up space in my home of never-ending clothing, until their quote-unquote "case was complete". Their clothing is a joke and I do not recommend not one piece of it to anyone.American Tall

I returned my item on 4/06/2024; it is now 5/11/2024 and I still have not received my refund. We are so sorry about this and appreciate you bringing this issue to us! Upon investigating the matter, your package seems to be stuck at customs and is not yet delivered to us. Therefore, we were unable to process the return. Your return has now been processed and the issue will be escalate to the carrier on priority.
Additionally, we can see that you did reach out through our AI Assistant but weren’t able to create a ticket. Our chatbot is designed to help customers with frequently asked questions but we encourage them to request for an agent support on the chat if they are unable to get the required solution.
