      IT IS NOT OHIP COVERED!!! I was charged $365 dollars for services that are covered in Canada by healthcare. I was trying to do the right thing and not use the online Emergency Room services because I didn't think my **** issues were ER worthy. ****. Your Doctors Online operates on a private, subscription-based model and does not bill OHIP for any services. This is clearly outlined in our Terms and Conditions and is also communicated to all users during the subscription process, prior to connecting with a healthcare provider.

      Took a full year payment without letting me know and will not refund money. The subscription says $20 a month then they charge all the year. No one from customer service helps you or will offer a refund.

      ******** ******* ****** ********* ** ****** ******* ****** ***** I signed up ***** *** ****** ** ***** ****** *** not seeing that I was commuting to a 3 month period that would automatically renew. When I was contacted 3DAYS after being queued I was told to go to outpatients for care!!
      I complained immediately and asked to cancel my subscription. The response *** **** **** *** I was told it would be cancelled after 3 months ($180 later) but guess what? It didn't cancel! When I contacted them again I was told it was canceled as of December 05 so I had to pay unril March 5, 2024 now putting me at a total of $360 for absolutely nothing. No care, no use!!!

      Since a manual cancellation was not placed before the next cycle, the plan renewed automatically, and a second charge of $60 was processed.
      Upon your second inquiry, our team clarified the renewal process and personally scheduled your cancellation to ensure that no future charges would occur.
      To date, you have been charged a total of $120 for two quarters (six months) of access to the plan. We understand there may have been some confusion between the monthly rate ($20) and the quarterly billing ($60 every 3 months), and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Not to mention it took months for you to reply to this which dictates you know most people will not take time to go back months to review the charges. Very unprofessional and inefficient.       ******* The company advertises low costs for subscriptions starting at $20/month. ** ******* *** ** ******* **** *** ** couldn't see our Doctor. This service was suggested by the ****** **** ****** as an alternative. We went on the website and it appeared to be affordable - $20/month. It was noted that this was “billed annually - but we did not consider this means no refunds. They failed to indicate this is non-refundable in a clear and visible manner. It was advertised to make us think it’s $20 month, but really it’s $240/year.
      We cancelled our plan after the first visit of 15 minutes because the service was not helpful and we did not want the service going forward. We contacted the company for a partial or full refund the very same day. We were subsequently advised (months later and several follow-ups) that the company does not provide any refunds and this is noted in very fine print on a totally separate part of their website. If the company policy is no refunds - this should be made very clear.

      They have a **** ****** ********** way to make you believe you are signing up for $20 a month, then they charge you $240.       I needed a prescription over the holidays, was charged $240 when I thought I was paying for a month. ‘My mistake’ they had $20/month in bold writing and in fine print yearly subscription. When I checked out, it didn’t say $240 as the total at the bottom. ********* * ***** **** *********** *** ******** ** * ***** ****** ***** Not very user friendly, especially people who are sick and in need of help.
      I emailed them multiple times to get responses from a bot, after investigating, I found their phone number and told them my situation* **** *** *** ****. They said because I had used the service to get a prescription that I can’t get a refund. Not only did I have to PAY for the prescription, I had to pay $240. * ************ ** *** ***** *****

      ********* They take the full annual amount for the monthly subscription and then throw you from one chat to another. I paid $240 to see a doctor due to shortage in family doctors. Then I was not provided the service I requested and not even directed to how to proceed. This is the worst ever choice for seeing a medical doctor.       Told me it was 20$ a month, charged my credit card $240 dollars a week before Christmas. It won’t even allowed me to add my spouse under the account. Talking to their customer service department is like pulling teeth. Horrible horrible horrible. **** ****** **** ******* ******* **** ** **** **** ****** * ****** ** ***** **** ** ************ ******* I keep getting the run around. I do not recommend this app. Seems all hunky dory until your card is charged for the year AND cannot add your spouse. What’s the point of having a family plan?

      Regarding adding a spouse, please note that individuals who are 16 or older must have their own account due to medical privacy regulations.
