York Region, Ontario. My ****** order of two GhostBed (Nature's Sleep) adjustable bed sets was dropped at the door of a house in another street, blocking their access. At 5pm on that slushy night the unfortunate homeowner telephoned us, per the labels on the boxes (correct street name and phone #). We are in our 70s, and aggravated our back problems in moving the boxes from our small car to our garage. We cannot move the heavy bedframes from our garage, up the street and around to the front door of our corner lot.

Door delivery was guaranteed by ******. I notified ******. Four days later they stated that they could not send someone to move the bedframes to the house. They offered me $50 to find someone to take the boxes to the room of choice, as an additional step. In the current Covid climate this is particularly difficult to accomplish safely, **************************

****** referred the matter as an injury incident to their lawyer, as we had exacerbated back problems. I only asked for someone to move the boxes and complete the delivery.

Nature's Sleep, the GhostBed company, called and promised an answer from a supervisor within the hour.

The Nature' Sleep representative called back, two days later. She told me, quite belligerently, that the situation is my fault, that we should have 'reached out' to Nature's Sleep immediately upon hearing about the wrong delivery, that we should not have transported the boxes to our house, and that we should not have notified ******. She declared that now it is too late to help.

· She maintained that they cannot not send someone to set up the beds, although I had not asked for this enhanced service.

· She asked if the beds were in my possession. I reminded her that the frames are in my garage. She said that, in that case, it was up to us to resolve our problem, and not a matter for Natures's Sleep: they only guarantee that the items will come into our possession.

· I pointed out that both Nature's Sleep and ******, as their sales agent, have thousands of my dollars and they have not provided the service that this paid for. She denied emphatically that Nature's Sleep has any of my money.

· She told me that if I wanted the frames moved, to return the items, and then they will be picked up by ******.

I note that the sale price ends in 24hrs, and I should have to finance thousands more dollars to repurchase the beds before the refund for the returns is received.
