              I purchased a Bosch dishwasher on November 4, 2023. When it was delivered, it never worked. Bosch sent a repair person to check the unit and it had to be replaced. Bosch did provide a replacement unit but I was asked to get a contractor to remove and dispose of the old Bosch unit and to install the new dishwasher. I was told to pay the bill of the contractor and submit it to Bosch for reimbursement. I did all that and paid the contractor $960.50. Bosch now says the amount is too much and they will only pay $350. I was not given any limits on the amount of the bill when I was told to arrange this.

              Terrible service, ********** ** ********** **** customer service personnel by the name of Paul. He actually wrote in the email I sent not to contact again after my 1st try. My refrigerator after 1.5 years would not produce ice. I checked their FAQ and replaced the filter 2x, than hired a service person to tell me the ice tray is upside down and it will cost $400 to fix this on top of paying for 2 filters and service fee. I wrote customer service to see if they can help with this and they regrettably declined, very generic as if they copied and pasted. This is after my brand new bosch oven had to be replaced las year. I feel the service *** ** ***** ** ** they do not care at all after investing all my ****-****** money on their brand. This is just absolutely unacceptable, *** * **** **** **** *** ****** ** ****** ***** Thank you
