*** ******** *** **** * ********** *** **** ** ** **** *** **** *** ** **** ******** *** *** *** ***** ** ******* * *** **** **** ** ********* Sometime last year or early this, they keep calling me every single day and sometimes twice a day, so i answered when i was available and asked what happened as i thought i missed a payment they said they just want to offer more loan if i am willing to and i told no i’m okay then the next day they kept calling me again so i just started ignoring it and also i’m busy at work then those call lasted weeks/ months so 1 day i answered it to tell them to stop calling me and mentioned to them that calling a customer without a problem is ********** and if i ever need money, i will reach out. After that i have not heard from them which is a relief to me. Last month, i tried calling them for days but no answer then 1 day i got a hold of ****, i asked him for a payoff letter and he is telling me he does not know what i am talking about, i told him is the letter to pay off my debt. The call ended with an attitude and ******** but still sent me the pay off letter. Couple of weeks after, i needed an updated amount since everyday the interest increase, i talked to **** again and he even know my name when i called so i asked can i get an updated amount, he is giving me attitude again then hang up so i called again and he kept providing me a not helpful answer so i called again luckily there is another who explained it to me better that i need to call back again once my monthly payment is taken out so i called the next morning and **** answered he said ******* is not an option to pay, he kept insisting to provide my debit when he knows i have a limit. I offered bank to bank transfer or ******* he said no. He told me to talk to a different branch which did not work. But anyways i paid via ******* at the end.goeasy Ltd

1 star********** ********** ******* **** ****. I paid for my washer and dryer, plus insurance. I have been having issues for MONTHS and have asked numerous times for Easyhome to fulfill their end of the bargain.
You cannot call the store to speak with a person. You leave a voice-mail and maybe they will get back to you. I called head office and was told I would have a regional manager call me back. They haven't.
Now I'm stuck using a laundromat after paying Easyhome over $2,500 for a washer and dryer, plus insurance.goeasy Ltd

The issue raised relates to repairs for the washer and dryer, which the customer was previously informed about by the former Store Manager. The washer was dropped off at the local branch, and the current Branch Manager is awaiting the repair team to complete the necessary work.
We’ve been advised by the Store Manager that the repair team is scheduled to arrive sometime this week to carry out the repairs.

Another generic response with no action taken. So now you have deleted my balance owing of $6,600 and now have reported to the credit bureau that I owe $1,360 which I don’t as my loan has been fully paid off with a settlement back in August. 1 star******* got approved for a line of credit a week ago now and still waiting on funds to be sent. Keep being told they are short staffed at head office etc all *** calls and emails have gone unanswered I told him just to cancel the application at this point because nobody seems to want to respond to us after getting approved so we will go elsewhere horrible customer servicegoeasy Ltd

Yes they give you a loan, however at a LARGE COST to the consumer. You will never ever get the loan paid unless you file bankruptcy or consumer proposal. 1 starTheir representatives send incorrect dates on emails, which in turn causes errors and loss of funds for customers. They don't seem to have any consequences for this. After thoroughly reviewing the account, we found that the customer had a total of three loans with easyfinancial Services (EFS). Each loan was funded promptly, either within a day or just a few hours after the application process began. The applications were submitted for the customer's signature only once, and upon signing, the respective loans were funded.
We have made multiple attempts to contact the customer to gain a clearer understanding of their concerns. Unfortunately, we have not received any response or follow-up communication from the customer.

The rate was set based on your credit profile at the time of your application.
As Easy Financial is a non-prime lender, our rates may be higher than those of traditional banks due to the increased lending risk. Regrettably, we’re unable to make changes to the rate once the loan has been finalized.
