    My lawn looks great! It's much greener, fuller, and weed free compared to when I tried maintaining it on my own or even hiring other companies. The guys gave me reasonable notice they were coming via text, and then provided a detailed list of services rendered after each visit. You can also go on their web portal to review each of your treatments. The only issue I did have during my ultimate care program was swiftly responded to - within a day! An agent also called me to apologize for the issue and asked if there was more they could do. I really can't ask for more. These guys are worth every penny and I'm a very happy customer.

    I hired Dr. Green with the expectation that my front lawn would look lush and well-maintained. Unfortunately, the results have been far from what I expected. The lawn is overrun with weeds and crabgrass, giving the impression that no professional service was involved at all. It looks no better than if we had maintained it ourselves. I am very disappointed.

    Hello *****, I am sorry to hear that you have not been pleased with the services. Working together, you should be seeing the lawn looking greener, healthier with fewer weeds as the services are completed, however with the natural products that we are able to use in Ontario, it can take some time to see all the weeds gone. I can see that from the account, we have sent the production manager over to assess the lawn to see what we can do to help. He did note that with the crab grass, we are unable to treat it due to the bylaws. I am showing that while he was there he did respray the weeds and setup an over seeding to be done for you which will help thicken up the grass and crowd out the crab grass. We always want to do what we can to make sure the lawn is getting better over time, but with the amount of crabgrass you had when we started the services, it can take more than just the one year to resolve it. I am again sorry you have been unhappy but we will have another technician come by and continue to help

    I got the flyer saying $299 to 10 treatments.
    I called them , they asked me for the yard size which I did not know.
    So they asked for the address. After checking my property on ****** they said I qualify for the offer.
    They showed up once, then they showed up second time after 8 weeks, then they never showed up.
    Now they are sending the bills of $406.
    I called them and I spoke with a person Ann MArie.
    She told me thye always show up after 6 to 8 weeks between each visit.
    I sai dthis way how can you compete 10 visits during summer.
    She said we do it during winter also.
    About the $406 instead of $299, she said my lot is big.
    When I argued that they had checked on ****** and agreed for that price and that is the only reason I went with them and cancelled with Green drops.
    She told me the manager will call me the next day to settle the matter. But no one called me back.
    Now they are sending me the bill again.

    I am sorry to hear about your experience with us. Our flyers that we mail out do normally have 2 different programs with the starting from prices. Looking at your account and reviewing the original call when you signed up the services, we are showing that you had requested our Ultimate treatment plan which starts at $389+GST depending on the property size. During the call when the services were ordered, the representative measured your property and let you know that it would be the prepaid price of $425.22+GST for the season. With our Ultimate program, the services do go right to the fall to make sure that the lawn has everything it needs to be green, healthy and the weeds under control. Each visit of the fertilizer/ weed control are normally spaced about 4 to 6 weeks apart. Unfortunately, as it does not look as if we received a payment for a few services completed at the beginning of the year the account went on hold, which is why they are not following the proper scheduling. I can see that our manager has been trying to reach you to discuss the account further, but every time she has called there was no answer and no machine picked up, when we were provided with a different number to try calling, we were informed that it was not a correct number to reach you. We would like to resolve this with you, and if you can give us a call at your convivence we will be happy to come up with an amicable resolution. Thank you

    i have tried to get a hold of Sarah the supervisor for over 2 weeks now. The customer service rep will not let me through. *** **** * ******** ******* ** ******** ***** *********? The customer service rep Anil hung up on me. I told him the weed is not going away we need a re-application. he preceded to tell me you cannot complain now, he continued to argue, he said you are wasting my time. i asked for the supervisor he said no, hung up. I called back same guy picked up and hung up. *** *** **** ******* ***** ** ****** **** **** ****** ** ***** ******** ******* ***! I used them in 2022 I did not renew my services for 2023 they begin treating on their own! he told me i will find out. I didnt hear back just got a statement with late fees etc. how do i pay for a service i never asked for?? no supervisor calls me nothing!

    I am sorry to hear about your experience with us. Looking at the account, I can see that you and Sarah have had the opportunity to speak back in August 2023 to discuss the account. At this time, it was discussed about the process to have the weeds completely under control and that it can take some time due to the natural products. We are always happy to send a retreatment out to our customer's if they are not seeing the changes they should with any of the visits, but as there was an outstanding balance on the account it was on credit hold and we would need a partial payment to be able to send someone out again. During this call, we removed the interest charges and late fee for you and again offered to send someone back out to treat again for free once there was some payment activity on file but it was declined and the account closed. Looking into the account further, I cannot see any other call requests since then to speak with Sarah or any other calls into the office. The last thing we want is to have someone not receive a call back when requested. We will start an investigation to see what happened on each call and make sure this is resolved.
