    this was the notice by an email to Clover about our outstanding amount Clover owe us,

    there are Total 3 transaction which has not been deposited yet into our account,

    the above mentioned transactions were made way before closing of our account, we were informed about the closing of our account on Oct 10th 2023 over the phone,
    We were not given any prior notice about the closure of our account, even clover terminal accepted the payment and it shows as "paid"

    our all transactions are legitimate, & our all customers are legitimate,
    we have all proofs, Video Camera recordings of the cutomers bought from our retail location,

    We urge them to deposit the amount into our account asap,
    as per your email,

    A salesman came to my shop 3 times to sell me a clover processing machine for payments. I eventually caved and regretfully signed a contract. Upon receiving the hardware I was very disappointed with it, and Immediately (the same day) requested a refund and cancellation of my contract. Both the salesman and the customer service number of the company refused to cancel or refund my contract. the salesman for weeks lead me on to believe he would sign over my contract to another customer, and never did so. I was not aware of any protection or information to help myself, but after reading about the consumer protection act I should have been able to cancel my contract within 11 days of signing. I attempted to do so within this time frame, and was mislead to believe it was not a possibility. They continued to be pushy and ******* and not helpful for weeks. I simply want to return this machine and cancel my lease agreement which legally I should have been able to do right away, since I requested it within the legal timeframe of cancellation. Now that weeks have passed of being mislead and **** to, I really need help to find a solution since they are unwilling to help.
