I had the ********** 8500W installed by Garage One Oct 14, 2022. When the workers arrived at the garage, they determined that a regular garage opener would not work and that a wall one was required. The ********** 8500W was the one that they suggested. As it was a wifi opener, I specifically asked if it was compatible with ****** ****. I was told that it was. I find out afterwards, that it actually is not. But fine, I'll deal with that. By Jan 2023, I started having problems with the opener. I was getting various error codes, and basically have to manually operate this garage door. I called them in Jan/23 and left a message as no one answered. They advertise themselves as being 24hr emergency service with same day repair. And yet I have called countless times (specifically even during regular business hours) and absolutely no one answers the phone!! I have left numerous messages and no one ever returns the call. On only 2 occasions, I managed to reach an actual person. The man who answered the first time, took down all my info and advised that someone would call the next day. I specifically asked if someone WILL actually call me back, seeing the difficulty I have been having reaching someone. He assured me someone would. Of course, no one did. I kept calling again, and eventually another time I managed to reach someone. She explained that some workers were on vacation, so she wouldn't have anyone to send till maybe the end of the week. (So apparently they've been on vacation from Jan/23 to Apr/23??) During this time no one ever had the courtesy to return my calls to provide any information or to even confirm that they have my info. Well, the end of the week came and went. No workers, no calls. Surprise. So here I am again and again calling this 24hr number and NEVER getting an answer!! The opener has a 1 yr warranty and I need someone to repair or replace whatever is currently wrong with it!
