    I had to cancel my membership since Im not using it. I signed up June 2022. This gym is friendly and accomodating and can sign you up anyday at anytime. But when you cancel it **** ***** *** **** ***** *** talk to you that you cannot cancel your membership on weekend and they have condition what time you can cancel it. First I attempted to cancel on weekend I was answer by one of the staff the approach is **** " you cannot cancel now" without other explanation. Then after 2 days Tuesday I spoke the manager . *** ******** *** ************* *** ******** *** ****** * ***** ** *** *** ******** **** ** ** ******* *** *** * *** **** ***** ********** **** *********** * "Whats your phone number" I walk out because I cannot handle the **** *********** approach

    I was a long lasting member at the Mississauga club. Had three people payed for under my account aswell as brought almost 10 new members to the club. I went in to cancel myself and my girlfriends memberships as we moved to another city. My girlfreinds couldn’t be cancelled right away as she hadn’t finished her obligatory year membership. I was assured by the owner/manager Luke that it would stop payment at that finish date and he even put a note for me. I realized months later they were still charging me after the fact. I’ve never even entered the gym since cancelling. When I went in to discuss with them I was told he didn’t leave anything on file which he told me he would and there’s nothing they can do. I expected better from this company. The customer service was horrible and they will say anything to get your money. I now look at this business as kind of pathetic *** ******* ** ** ******* Very disappointed!!!
