    Initial contact and interactions with the company were excellent. They rushed to get my audit done in time to be able to get a grand under the greener home loan program for a heat pump. The energy advisor told me in person that I was good to proceed with my project. I therefore took on a very expensive project ahead of schedule believing I would get a grant. Unfortunately, after several months of no information from Energuy, I contacted Enbridge directly and was advised I was not going to be getting a grant due to the delay in the submission of the paperwork Energuy. All very disappointing.

    This business was very responsive and provided a thorough initial report. Came out for a reassessment and never provided the final report. Multiple follow ups and I’m now being ignored completely.

    Efficient and informative during first assessment, but our windows have been in for 4 months, and we cannot get them to come out for the second assessment so we can get our rebate for our windows. We are only 1.5 hours from the city where they are located. Come on!!
