    I placed an order with Techster Canada for an ****** * Plus *****. The phone was listed as available, and my payment went through immediately. A short while later, I was told it was actually out of stock. No inventory check, no notice—just a message after they took my money. That alone shows poor internal systems.
    *** ** **** *****.
    They offered me an ****** ** 128GB as a replacement—less storage, no mention of the condition, and no discount. To justify this, they claimed the ** “retails for around $350 at **** ***.” That’s simply not true. I found the exact same model, certified excellent condition, on **** ***’s website for $269.99. I sent them the link and a screenshot, which clearly disproved their claim.
    Instead of acknowledging the mistake, they doubled down with a templated apology and claimed they were offering it “below cost”—which, again, is not true. There was no meaningful apology, no goodwill offer, no accountability.
    This isn’t just poor service—**** *********. They list products they don’t have and try to pass off cheaper substitutes while pretending they’re doing the customer a favor.
    They didn’t even try to make it right. I asked for a 256GB ** at the same price to make up for the error—nothing. Just silence. That tells me they have no intention of actually resolving issues, and certainly no understanding of what real customer service looks like.
    This company lost all credibility with me. * ******** **** ****** ** **** ***** Don’t be fooled by the apologetic tone—they use nice words to cover up unprofessional, ********** business practices.
