      January 6 I purchased laundry credits $40 using my credit card . The money was never put on my account. I’ve contacted them numerous times. Provided them with proof with emails three times when they said they never got my emails. After repeated calls and emails; **** **** **** ******* ** **

      I complained about the same washing machine three times and they have not repaired it. I am on disability and I am in a wheelchair and I rely on this service. I have lived in my building for 12 years and this has never been an issue but in the last month it has and they don't seem to care about anything but the money.

      On several occasions, we were double charged for laundry services. We’ve kept track of everything, complained multiple times and have not received replies or refunds… our building told us to contact the business and upon doing so, they did not resolve any issues or reach out. This is our only laundry option, and we are constantly being double charged
