On May 15, 2019 - I applied for Canadian Trademark Registration with Incorp Pro. Order #***** Total charge $483.64 I received confirmation with the above information via email. On May 29, 2019, I received a follow-up email requesting more information. The email from George requested that I "pick and choose the goods/services you want to attach to your trade mark." I replied back to the email with my selections. An email from Adrija on Jun 3, 2019 confirmed receipt of my selections. One year later on May 9, 2020, I followed up on the status of the incorporation process as from my understanding it can take up to one year for the process to complete. On May 13, 2020, I received an email from Mustafiz with the following response: "Thank you for your email. Your application is now in the formalized stage (screenshot below) which means the government has started processing your application. Normally it takes 10-13 months to get an initial response from the government whether the application received initial approval or not. After initial approval, it's advertised in a journal for 18 months so that if any company/individuals having any objections to your application can raise it but must be done before the 18 months timeline expires. If there are no objections, the government will give final approval for your trademark application. But due to COVID-19, the normal processing time is not applicable anymore. In the meantime, you can start using your trademark text/logo with the "TM" symbol which indicates your trademark application is pending with the government. If we receive any updates from the government, we'll notify you via email." On Oct 20, 2021, I emailed them again assuming that the process was further along. I expected it to be in the "advertising" stage. On the same day, I received the exact same email response from Rana as above. I follow up again. No response this time. **** ******* ** ** *** * *****. I want to be refunded the total cost of $483.64.
