      Assured Auto - **** ********* *** ***** ***** ** *** *** 
      I regret to share my disappointing experience with Assured Yorkdale. My ordeal started when my brand-new 24 *** ******, purchased in September 23, was rear-ended in May 24.
      As this was my first new veh, I was very particular about the repair quality. After considering quotes from various body shops, I chose Assured Yorkdale due to its convenience. Initially, the process seemed smooth: I met with an estimator who took pictures of the damage and provided an official quote. Once my insurance approved it, Assured ordered the parts. After a few weeks, finally getting my truck fixed.
      However, when I dropped it off, I was later informed about additional trailer hitch damage requiring more parts. I accepted the delay, but when I was told my truck was ready, I found significant issues:
      1. Rusty Trailer Hitch: Despite assurances, I found rust, scratches, and scrapes on the supposedly new trailer hitch.
      2. Overspray: Black paint was sprayed over the rust and scratches, leaving over-spray underneath the truck near the bumper and my step. The underside was also affected.
      Frustrated, I took the truck home, where I discovered more defects—white over-spray on the back cover, black paint on the bumper step, and paint drips on the *** emblem. I suspect they didn’t even remove the emblem before painting, though they charged my insurance for a replacement.
      I contacted my insurance company, who sent a field adjuster to document the issues. I was then directed to *** ********* for further repairs. Although *** ********* properly installed a new hitch, the over-spray was only partially cleaned by the Assured rep.
      After months of back-and-forth emails and calls, * ** *********. The quality of service at Assured Yorkdale was unacceptable, with poor workmanship and inadequate solutions. ** ****** * ******** ****** ******* ******** ******* ********. My experience has been marked by poor service, lack of attention to detail.

      I am not impressed with your company. ***** *** ********* **** ******** ** ******. When it takes almost a year to get a deer dent fixed. Communications from your company here in Kingston is very lacking, No quality assurance prior to releasing vehicles, Four times we went to pick car up and none of things pointed out were done on first inspection. All delays blamed on covid shortages. * **** ********* *** *** *** ********** This is my first step so we will see where goes from here. Your franchise dealership has no customer satisfaction when it comes to communications. Will Not Repeat any business in near future. After this lenghth of time Assured should buy my car.
