    On oct 2nd 2024, a man with long hair approached us about our driveway,
    and asked if we would like a quote on having our driveway asphalted, the next day, Oct 4th an Irish speaking man came to our house gave us a price and told us we would get 3 inches plus of new asphalt, for our driveway,
    we agreed and on Fri. Oct 4th2024 they showed up at 830am ripped out our old driveway and proceeded to lay down new asphalt, my ******* questioned them half way through, that it was clearly not 3 inch we were told oh just wait we are not done...at 130pm then demanded 6000 cash, and refused to give me a receipt and then told me to get a check for the balance 11,000 so I got a bank draft made out to ***** ******* for the amount of 10,980.00
    When they were done we said we were not paying until they returned 5000.00 cash..as they inky gave us 1.5 inches of asphalt, 2/3 of the job done so 2/3 of they pay is all you get, they only returned 2000.00. On sat Oct 5th they returned and said they would come and add more asphalt to our driveway on Tuesday Oct 7th well it is now Oct 15 and they still have not returned to place more asphalt we have called several times...and they will not call back
    Today I notice a weed growing up trough the asphalt, 11 days after they laid down fresh new asphalt
