      On September 12th we received a quote for packing and moving. The salesperson came to the house and provided us with a quote of over $6000 but under $7000. We told him the date we think we needed the services and he asked for a deposit to hold that date of $300. I asked him, what if we don’t need that date anymore or we don’t need to move, he said it’s ok, we’ll figure it out. It was never once mentioned the deposit was non refundable in the whole transaction and there was no contract signed. He is currently refusing to give back the deposit of $300 as we no longer need the services.
