    I purchased an Exhaust for my motorcycle from Big Dream Customs. The owner of the company is ****** ****** ****. The purchase was made on March 15th, 2025. It was for a *************** ***** ******** *******. The part came and did not fit like it was intended to + the coating of the exhaust was poorly made and peeled off/changed colour.

    On July 28th 2025, after going back and forth with the seller and failed to resolve the issue, I filled a claim through ****** resolution center. The seller agreed to take back the item and refund the money. Once the item was shipped back to him, he did not return the money and ****** didn’t want to take responsibility for it claiming that the seller should’ve sent them an email before I ship the item. They suggested me to contact my credit card company to get the funds back, unfortunately the credit card company said that the transaction is too old to be able to do a charge back and I should contact you instead.

    The total amount paid was 1350$ + 88,57$ for shipping it back. I’m not seeking anything else I simply want my money back and put this story behind.

    Hi there! So first off this complaint is invalid and is made up of bunch of lies. ******** **** ***** ** * *** *** ****** ** **** ****** *** *** ** ************* ** *** ****** ****. ****** ***** ** ***** ** ********** ***** ************ *** *** ** **** **** **** *****. Now let’s start with the part that he’s claiming for; I sent ***** the **** exhaust he inquired about and just for the record the exhaust fits perfectly and I’ll attach pictures for your review. But guess what ***** couldn’t install that exhaust on his motorcycle because he didn’t go to any professional for the install who’d know better rather he was trying to screw it himself which obviously he had no idea of. On a side note, just to give you an idea of his knowledge level; I helped him put his whole bike together for free since he had no idea of what the hell is going on and how to put the opened up bike back together. He asked me *** ******* question about spacers and wires which made me feel pity on him and I helped him with all my knowledge to put his bike back together. So moving on, ***** went through ****** Service and Goods to pay for his products which means he was covered under buyers protection fee and if he had not received the product or if there was any damage he could’ve gotten his money back by providing evidence through ******. So after running the exhaust and it’s costing, ***** decides that he does not like the exhaust and puts on a claim behind my back. This had me furious as I’ve been helping this kid for nothing and he does this to me. Now it’s Business talk only mode from my end. I’ve given ***** many options to resolve this issue but he kept saying this doesn’t go on this bike and the product is faulty. So I had the exhaust back from him to put the same exhaust back to test as even he made me doubt if it even fits, and if it wasn’t fitting I was going to refund him the whole amount. But guess what as soon as I received it I put the same exhaust up on the same bike he has and there you go it Fits Perfectly without any issues! But it needs a person with knowledge to put that exhaust on which ***** Kid has no idea of. So after my explanation and supporting documentation sent to ******, ****** held the amount for over a month and done an extensive inquiry and went through the case thoroughly and found ***** ****** Guilty and they found my case was legitimate and the product fits 100% and also that ***** made a false claim! ****** Returned me the money and made no request for the return of the product and since he went through ****** to resolve the issues I’m only going to stick with what they are saying to me! So after loosing this case which he thought he’d win just like that but being a kid he doesn’t know that you have to prove it that the claim you’re filing is true which in this case was bogus. So one day I get a call from his uncle “he is just a kid, can you return him some money” I politely said ask him to go to ******. Which he tried to open up the case again and ****** even declined to open the case again since they had already done the extensive investigation. And now ***** comes up here to try to resolve things. There’s nothing to resolve and I am only sticking with the ******’s decisions as that’s the route he chose to resolve the matter. I rest my case, all the pics of the exhaust and ******’s decisions is attached to the reply here. Thank you.

    I am rejecting this response because:


    First of all, I never spoke to you in any disrespectful way so I’m excepting the same thing from you.

    Secondly, saying I don’t have any knowledge about what I am doing is just your opinion based on your emotions lol. I’m a heavy-duty mechanic, I know how to install an exhaust pipe and the way you installed it so it appears to fit in the picture is not the proper way and you know that. The end pipe where is your business logo on it is facing the ground , the bracket to are far away from where the bolt goes. You can even see the mounts for the springs on the last segment of the exhaust before the end pipe are not even straight and you rotated it so it appears to fit. 

    Lastly, saying that I went behind your back is a lie. I spoke to you multiple times on the phone, you even called me by video call to install it with me and saw that everything was right but it didn’t fit the way it was supposed to, you said you would speak to your supplier and get back to me, yet after s month you never once messaged me , not even to just give an updated. So no it wasn’t "behind your back" like you claim , ****** has a deadline to make a claim and since you didn’t keep me posted, I wasn’t gonna wait until the deadline. 

    As I told you before and I am grateful for the help you gave me and did not have any issues with you or your service before this situation. Even concerning this issue, I never once told you or said that you're a liar or tried to sell me a defective product or whatever, I told you , I know the issue is from your supplier, yet it needs to be fixed. Now you decide to say you will refund and keep the exhaust without refunding and coming here being disrespectful, all I ask you, keep your word and make the refund. Nothing more nothing less.
