Hi, I purchased *************, *******, ***** Cruise from NGH Tours travel agency on Nov 12, 2019, for $1468 after tax. Flight tickets $1010 after tax. Due to covid19 restriction I couldn't go on to the cruise on Feb 1, 2020 and didn't take the full flights. I have contacted the airline and cruise company they said they can issue refund to the travel agency and I have to contact the travel agency to get the refund. I contacted NGH Tours right after, provided details about my conversation with the airlines, the NGH Tours travel agency followed up and agreed to make a refund to me. The NGH Tours travel agency also agreed to follow up with the cruise line to get a refund or credit transfer for me. When I follow up at the beginning, they said they have the airline refund but they will wait for the cruise refund and issue back to me all together. In later months of year 2020 they stopped answering my phone calls and closed office to public. Throughout 2020 and 2021 I can occasionally connect to NGH travel agency by phone, and they promised will make a refund and asked me to wait. Last week, 2021 December, I was able to connect with them again by phone, but they refused to issue my refund. Until this day, NGH Tours travel agency hasn't returned any money to me. I would like to file a complaint against this travel agency and hope to get my money back.
