      I received a response from shippsy, and the matter has been resolved. sed for the estimate. And it was able to provide a quote.
      I don’t understand why they would allow for a quote to be determined for packages over 100 lbs. I contacted them about it, but they weren’t providing me with any solutions. The representative responded that their website has a section that says, “Click here to learn more about our Pallet Pricing. Pallet shipping is the best option for items over 100 pounds or over-sized, ensuring efficient handling.” This section does not say or specify that pallet shipping is the ONLY option for packages over 100 lbs, it merely suggests that it’s an option or "the best option”.
      Again, this IS NOT mentioned on the estimator or anywhere on the site. I have been severely misled, and I’m only willing to pay around what the original estimate provided ($40). They need to be transparent about their costs, especially regarding packages over 100 lbs. They need to fix their estimator so that people know it’s not designed for packages over 100 lbs. **** **********

      Shippys has received my order ( *** ***** ** **** ***** **** ***) and I have not heard from the company regarding my order. The normal turnaround time for processed orders are 24-48 hours and when I try to contact the company they keep telling me to wait. The order was delivered and accepted by **** at a NY facility by ***.
