    In October 2022 i paid $480.20 for the snow plowing of my driveway at home. While doing the snow removal Markham Property Management damaged my patio very badly. *** ******** ******. I immediately sent the company pics of the damages and asked them to repair same. I spoke with **** and he said he is looking into it. After so many months of no response to my several emails and phone calls I did not even get an apology for the damage done. I had to get it repaired as leaving it unrepaired would result in further damage. I proceeded to repair same and sent sent them the invoice (July 18th) from the repair person and invoice from **** *****. Totaling $164.98. I advised the company that I would take up the matter with BBB. Till date no one has contacted me regarding reimbursement I paid out of my pocket as a result of their negligence. Please contact them at the earliest so I can get my reimbursement. thank you very much. I am grateful to BBB. ********* ********* *** *** ****

    In regards to the above issue, we have spoken to ********* on multiple occasions, since she had reported the damage of the sodd on her property in March. Initially, we advised her we will look into the matter in the spring, once the snow has melted to assess the damages she had claimed. A few more emails were passed back and forth, and she notified us of the damage to her patio in late April.  We assured her on the phone multiple times, we will look into the patio damage and will pay to have it repaired.

    In the spring, we had the crew come out and fix (install) the sodd that was damaged by the plows.  We advised ********* we do not have anyone to fix her patio and are in process of finding someone to do the job as we are not trained to complete such a project.  Another option was offered, she can send us a quote to repair the job from her own contractor and we will pay the amount for repair.

    We received, no response from her on finding a contractor or have ever received a quote.  In early July she notified us by phone she had found a contractor.  We asked her to send us a quote to our email where we can take a look at it and figure out the next steps.  We never received a quote, and had no idea the job was completed.

    Looking at our email on July 18 we received two emails.  One email had a note in pen with an amount and a receipt. ( *** ********). We were not notified in advance of the quote or the work being completed.  Now that we have received this complaint, she explains that the work has been completed.  As we reassured ********* on the phone, we will repair the work and reimburse her. 

    We do have a process, before sending the payment to her.  We will be in contact with her through email, on how we can arrange the payment to her.  
    We have always reassured ********* and we intend to honour our promise and reimburse her.
