      Horrible customer service. Installed new AC Coil warranty for two years. AC never worked properly, they send a tech and tech says working fine but unable to reach 22C. Tech keeps saying the machine is running but the store is always 24 - 28. First year sent tech 6 times never fixed it properly, I hired a different company to do heating cause **** *** *********** and they claim its the new companies fault the AC does not work the following year. Had new company fix the AC they found the problem but For Savings refuse to pay for the repair. ***** *** **** ******* **** *** ********** *** *********** ** ***** **** The kept blaming it on a long hose to get to the AC, but AC worked fine for many years before they replaced the coil. Spent 5650 on them and they did not resolve the issue, and refused to pay the new company that did.

      First, this is commercial barber shop and We had been serviced them many years. we replaced the same capacity AC as previous one, and we can not go any bigger capacity due to air handler blower was limited. We quoted customer air handler +AC, but customer only want AC. The AC was cooling fine, only problem is the store has a lot of heat ( air driers, Hair Dying & Curling Iron Machines). When these machines are ON, the indoor temperature go up to 26 or 27C. We told customer the air handler need to change and need to be stronger blower motor. Customer ended up choose other companies to install the air handler. Next year, customer called back about AC is not running. Our tech found out the problem was from the air handler installation. We requested Manufacture field tech wen to the jobsite. We had Manufacturer tech Victor went to the jobsite, and he found out the problem was from wrong installation on air handler which not installed by us.

      This was a problem with the connection from the condensor. There was a blockage that For Savings failed to handle. How can the same AC unit fail to cool the unit, but now perform perfectly, and perform perfectly in previous years before the new AC was installed? ********* *** ******* ** ****** ** **** ******* ** *** *** *** **** **** *** *********   Why would you suggest just changing the AC and not demand changing the whole unit or refuse work? It shows you don't care for your customers, even long time customers. You knew there was something wrong and because your techs couldn't figure it out, you past the buck and refused responsibility. This company does not deserve anyone's business. **** *** ****** ** **** * ***** ***** *** let you deal with any problems that arise. ***** ******, they may be cheap, but it comes with a cost from lack of customer care, and knowledge. Spent a whole summer suffering in the heat, and hours on the phone with their customer service, only to get ******* *** left with the bill because they don't know what they are doing. Months or delays, a whole bunch of excuses, and denial of fault. **** ** * ******** ********

      Hi *******, This is Tony. I was quoting whole system (air handler + ac ) at beginning, but you told me the budget is tight. You only want AC only. When you called us, we always scheduled our tech same day or next day. Manufacture tech support found out the problem was from air handler. not from the actual AC System.

      You are out right *****, the problem was with the condenser and you know it. You just refuse to accept blame and compensate me for finding another repairman competent enough to fix the situation. Not only were you service techs incompetent and unable to successfully fix the unit you installed, you continually ask me to just wait, and blame it on my high ceilings, and the distance from P1 condensor. Never use this company, all is fine and well if it works, but your warranty is useless when working with them. Reimburse me for my $565.00 fees with the reputable company that fixed the issue. Or realize this issue will remain on your record *** **** *************

      I was in a really horrible position with hot water for several days because ******** kept their unit hostage in my home. Max and his team were very supportive and helpful and were able to come immediately to put in a new unit for me. * **** ********* **** ** *********

      Replaced 22 year old ******* furnace with ******* Furnace Heat Pump. Sam, top notch installer, excellent service, true professionalism. I have dealt with For Saving Heating and Cooling for myself, family and friends and will continue to do so without hesitation.
