    When the schools shut down due to Covid starting in March 2019, I had already pre-ordered lunches for my 2 daughters for the remainder of the year. They have issued a credit on the account and it has been sitting there since then in the amount of $276.50. I have emailed them numerous times requesting a refund for no service provided and no option to spend the dollars. They keep telling me that the credit will continue to remain there but there is no option for me to spend this money. My kid's school has not used this company since then and there is nothing I can do to order food through their services. It will now be almost 3 years that a credit has been sitting on the account and I'm looking for help to get a refund.

    Hello,

    We had let the customer know that her Lunch Guy ***** unfortunately had to close their business due to Covid and not being able to serve in the schools for 2 years. He was an independent Franchise owner.

    I have contacted *** **** and let her know that we will send her a check on Tuesday Jan 31, 2023 in the amount of $276.50. I am waiting for her to send me her mailing address.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  They have issued me a cheque for the credit I had sitting on the account from almost 3 years ago.
