    I returned an item to this company that i bought through ******. The item was defective and did not work as advertised. They refunded my card minus a $40 restocking fee saying that they tested the item and it was in perfect working condition. They don’t say how it was tested or how they determined it was in perfect working condition. **** ******* ** * ******** ****. They also took over a week once they received the item to “test” it and refund a partial amount

    I've ordered a CD, Cassette, Radio Boombox (BCA209B) from One Deal Outlet through **** *** Due to the very poor quality and design of this unit, I have decided to return it.
    My return request was approved by the seller, and I should've received an email containing a printable return shipping label (called a Return Merchandise Authorization) and further instructions on how to send the item back to the seller.
    However there weren't any attachments in their email, I tried to call their support phone number, but looks it wasn't activated, I don't have any way to contact them.
