    I filed a consumer proposal over a year ago with Harrison partners I have been asking **** *. why it's still saying I owe money to my debt collectors he *** ******* ** *** had a Lady ******* reach out to me she was awesome she was trying to help me but then **** *. decided to start being * ***** so I gave them a one-star review ** **** **** * **** ************** ******* ** ***** ******* ** **** * ** * **** *** * ****** ** ******* ** ****** then sent me a private message saying to me that he is going to now block all my emails that nobody can respond back to me when I have questions and best of luck in my future yet I am still paying for them to help me but now they are going to block my emails because I put a one-star review **** ** ********* ** ** ***** * **** ** *** ****** I have copies of everything ** ** *** ****** ** ***** **** ** ** ************ ** ****** ******* **** ***** ** **** ** **** * *** *** ** **** **** ******* * **** *** * ******** ****** ******* ** ******* ***** ********* **** *. ** * ***** *** ****** **** ** *** ***** ** ******* ******** ***** **** ****** I am the one paying him this is not right this is not how a company should act I am going to seek legal advice to what my next steps are ** * ****** **** **** ****** ** ***** ** ** ********* ** ********** ** ****** ******* * *** * ******** ******

    This is 100% a false account of the reality that occurred. Firstly, our company is not called Harrison Partners, it is called Harris & Partners, and has been since 1962. ***** signed and acknowledged a document at the outset of her consumer proposal stating that we as Trustee have no legal right to contact the credit bureau. We always provide detailed documentation and review them individually with each person at the outset and throughout the counselling sessions.
    Over several emails throughout the year we assisted ***** by providing detailed instructions on how to resolve her credit bureau concerns even though we are legally not allowed to contact them. We provided her links to disputing the bureau, step by step instructions and the backup documents she would require. Instead of working with the information and clear instruction we provided ***** wrote us a 1 star review ** ******.
    We were in contact with her after receiving notification of this review, explaining that it was her obligation to follow the instructions provided and that it was uncalled for *** *********** to post a 1 star review for something we literally cannot control.
    She has now decided that instead of helping herself, she will continue to try to harm our family business even though so many businesses are struggling during this horrible economy.
    To give some additional context, ***** came to us claiming she had ********** of total debt, in reality she had ********** of total debt, 27.5% more than she came to us with, and we have still received all the claims from her creditors yet. Harris & Partners, particularly ****** **, reduced her debt to ***** with no additional fees, interest or penalties. This amount has not changed since day 1. ***** *** ***** ******* ** ** ******* **** ******* ** ** ********* *** ** **** ********
