    On October 11th 2022, I booked two tickets from ******* Alberta to ********** BC , which I thought I was doing through **** ***… however, I was actually on Voyzant website … they charged me .. they charged $ 412.03 USA fares … I immediately cancelled this ticket ..Voyzant rep advised refund would be put back on to my credit card .. it never was… in December Voyzant advised that they could no longer put the money back on my account however they would mail me out a cheque … today April 16th 2023, NO REFUND.. they keep texting saying “ money will be sent “… I ***** **** **** ** **** ****** ** **** *** **** ****** * **** ********** ** * ***** ****** ********

    Thank you for taking the time to communicate to us why our service did not meet the required expectations.
    We value the feedback and have taken measures to provide the best resolution possible at the earliest.

    Our Sub Agency had reviewed the case and connected with the pax to ensure the
    timely closure of this refund & provide service recovery to regain customer satisfaction.
    In addition, we will further evaluate internally how we can prevent this problem from occurring again in the future.


    Having investigated the case thoroughly with our Sub Agency, we understand that the delay in the payout was caused since the refund had to be sent through the cheque & the sub agent had difficulties getting the right address as the cheque returned undelivered once.

    The sub agent had managed to get the correct address & the cheque had been delivered to the pax with the refund amount of $ 294.14 US.
    The tracking details of the cheque are attached.

    Please accept our sincere apology for any inconvenience caused. Once again, we appreciate the feedback since it helps us improve our services. As a business, we strive to achieve a high degree of customer satisfaction and we hope we will get the opportunity to be of service in the future.
