    Aug 19, 2024 we purchased ****************** for our custom blinds amounting to $1,966.20, including: - USB-C connect charger - USB-C cable provided to charge blinds. Additional cables available at $15 each - Smart Controller - 5-channel remote Aug 19, 2024 we paid the 30% deposit by *** ($590) and received confirmation of payment. Since payment, Ottawa Custom Blinds have not e-mailed us back on any questions we had on updates on when the product would be delivered, nor have they answered their phones or responded to ******** Messenger. It is now January 11, 2025 and still have yet to receive any merchandise that we purchased from the business, nor received any communication from the business. We would like the amount that we paid to be refunded in full - $590.

    We have dealt with Ottawa custom blinds on 3 occasions to equip our home(s) with new blinds.On all 3 occasions, the owner (****) verbally offered cash discounts which we declined.Ottawa custom blinds was in breach of contract, as he was unable to deliver the agreed upon product for the specified date. Once notified of this, we opted to cancel the contract and move to a company that could meet this requirement.On the 3rd and most recent occasion, **** took our deposit of $1,700 and refused to return it when he was in breach of contract.
