    I have a 2018 e400 Mercedes. I had them order wheel spacers in for me, but sadly they did not fit my vehicle! So they were not used whatsoever, this was initially done on October 20th. I then called them back on the 24th, asking for a refund of $400 which was the cost of the initial part. I was under the assumption that I would get payed instantly and in full! But sadly I was given the run around for almost a month! I went into their workplace, and even called but I was told the same thing by the team there. “ we will be sure to refund you tonight” They they also were not transparent from the beginning, you should always let the client know if they are entitled to warranties,refunds etc before the job is done/taken! After that, they began to get very unprofessional saying “We can only refund you the full amount only if our supplier takes back the part, if not you’re only entitled for half the amount” if I was told this when before I purchased this part, I WOULD HAVE NO ISSUE/COMPLAINT. It’s the fact I went into their facility asking for a refund and calling for a weeks straight just to be lied to. Also it’s funny to look back at things because I asked if I could get a receipt but they insisted on me paying with cash. I also have a recording of a 10minute video of (***** *********, the owner of the business) on saying how he was not gonna refund me etc and just giving nonsense excuses while being extremely rude. Overall if you don’t let a client know before hand what their entitled to, how will they know any better? This wasn’t like I came back months after the job was done, it was a part that didn’t fit, and that wasn’t used in any shape way or form for driving.On November 17th which is today I finally got a refund of $300, I am still out $100 sadly. This business was horrible and very unprofessional. I was hoping to email you guys the video if possible l! It’s sadly to long to upload here!
