    Thorne Property Management took over for ****** in 2022. I have sent numerous emails since in 2022/ ******************************* the floor/ wall of my garage. There worker came and looked at the issue suggesting a screen door be put on the garage storm door. Their worker then without appointment nor notice to go into my garage and.....caulk? This is a serious issue, more than a bandaide of bit of cauking.Instead of solving my issue I have been harrassed by a clicke of board/ homeowners regarding my tiny toy dog, who is almost exclusively with me.Today, Nov 25, 2023 after 9 pm a board chair came to my private ******/ property to yell ay me saying my dog was out barking two hours? My dog is out a few minutes, and I watch her.This is my routine, and I dont trust what people can do to a tiny toy dog.Instead of addressing my actual issue of ongoing structural/ water damage to my garage, these persons have choosen to nit pick/ harass a single five foot disabled elder woman. Thorne has sent unpleasant email that I let my dog run off leash, and that she is a nucience animal.The day I adppted her she got away, for a minute...once.Stop this baggering nonsence about my dog, and fix my garage water leak. Winter is fast approaching.

    This unit owner has allowed her dog and cat to roam the property on multiple occasions, which have been documented, which is against the condo corporation's rules. The dog has also gotten into fights with other dogs, which again is against the rules. Our job as condominium managers is to enforce the rules on behalf of the board of directors, which we have done by issuing warning letters explaining that pets must be kept on leash and not allowed to roam. 

    Regarding the garage door leak, an inspection has determined that rain water is entering the garage due to a coating on the rear patio step, which directs rain water back towards the garage. The owner has been informed that removing this coating will fix the issue, but this is the owner's responsibility to complete. 

    The complaint here is against the decisions and rules of the condominium corporation, not against Thorne Property Management, who has acted as directed on behalf of the corporation and board of directors.
