      A pin hole leak in a copper pipe in our boiler was discovered on June 22. Atchison plumbing was called the morning of June 23. We were able to provide a temporary fix to stop the water leak. A plumber arrived June 23 but didnt know how to fix it (an email with photos was sent on Monday to show where the leak was). Another plumber came June 24 but didnt have the pipe (had no idea what he was called there for - information and photos were not sent to him despite being told they would be). He came back June 27 with the pipe. While he was replacing the pipe he damaged the sensor in the boiler and we have had no hot water since the morning of June 27. The parts were not ordered until July 2. I am now being told they wont arrive until next week. So boot water for over a week. This is completely unacceptable especially since the plumber was the one who broke the boiler.

      I spoke with the customer on monday. the plumber did not break her boiler. we were working on a different system in the home and had not touched the boiler. we have no control over the availability of parts and this was explained. as a gesture of good will I offered to not charge her for the invoice to repair the leaky pipe. the boiler repair was completed successfully on tuesday this week,
