      I had 2 bay windows installed by Four Seasons in 2018. I asked that winter why it is so cold by the windows - no result. Last year I measured the temperature by the windows a number of times and it was 5 to 10 degrees Celsius. I called as they don't close properly and they want $95 for someone to look at them and more to fix them. I have been told by another person that they can be adjusted so that they close properly buy want to pay a reasonable price for this. Any advice?

I paid to have the issue dealt with for now but in the spring will the window open and close as it is supposed to? The other important aspect is the $95 charge just to come and look at the problem. What slap in the face to pay $95 to identify a problem I identified already. The service man was very thorough and pleasant. I did tell him that I had paid to have the window closed which solved the problem. My complaint was that the business wanted $95 to look at it and more to repair which seems excessive

      We chose a solid roof for our sunroom instead of glass. The finished look of the roof is sloppy, messy and looks unfinished. Also, when it rains, you can't sit in the sunroom or visit or watch TV in the adjoining area because the noise level on the roof is deafening. After complaining three different times, the company solution would cost me $5000.00+. The sunroom was my husband's dre6,but unfortunately, I became his caregiver during the construction. He has since passed away. I would like the roof to reflect the $77,000+ cost of the project. And get the solution for the noise of rain.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/09/08) */ The client was show the roof sample ahead of construction , and they approved the roof materials. we have given them 2 options to reduce the sound of rain on the steel roof.1) We can glue and screw OSB board onto the existing roof and then install rolled roofing material over this, this would help alleviate a lot of the high pitched noise. This option is $4,760 + HST 2) A more economical alternative would be to have us install the rolled roofing material directly over top of the roof panels. With this option unfortunately we aren't 100% sure how much this will help with the noise. This option is $2, 280 + HST. But we had no idea how it looked on the top. A rooftop doesn't show marks like the ones on the top of our sunroom. It appears messy and poorly finished. I think you could say that it even appears unfinished. And the noise of rain on it is undeniably very loud. It's a shame really. When it's raining, you can't hear the TV in the adjoining room. You can't have a conversation unless you almost yell at each other. I find it hard to believe that others have the same roof and haven't complained.
