In May if 2021 I was contacted by this company and told that they were doing furnace/central air installations with government rebates. I booked with them to come out and signed the paperwork to get outdoor furnace/ central air 2 in one unit installed. They came out and had me sign a bunch of papers I also had a financed through them. I was told when I asked about the rebate from the government that they dealt with it so they got the rebate back because I was concerned that the furnace cost just under $9000 with installation. They informed me it would cost much more but Because they were getting the government rebate back that it was cheaper that way. I had it installed in June or July and They didn't bother to show me where the filter was located to change it. In about February my house was getting dusty no matter how many times I cleaned and we started developing allergies my daughter especially as I have three dogs and one cat. I thought there must be a filter somewhere and that must be the reason why my house was so dusty constantly so I tried to find it myself. To no avail I contacted the company on April 11 to Book An appointment for them to show me where the filter was located. He didn't show up I booked five more appointments from then until now and they still did not show up that was the Windsor company that they sent to service my unit and also check on the warranty at the same time. Finally June 8 I contacted the London location again told them of the many no-shows and they sent someone the next day. When he got there he said he could not find where the filter goes and believed that the unit was installed improperly and the filter access was against the house. He Said he would be back in touch. I called July 11 as no one contacted me I have called them three more times been promised a callback and have gotten nothing. Today I went home and the unit is set at 68 and it is 80° in my house. I have called them again but I know they won't return my call
