    ban occured on 01/29/2025, i submitted an appeal that day, have no idea what i did, have been playing the game the same way since 2009 and never had an issue before, maybe i didnt read a terms of service update and thats my fault, i have waited for over two months to hear back, if my ban is justified then so be it, but i would like a faster response time than this, especially considering i did spend money on the game and was invested in it.

    Subject: Complaint Against Big Viking Games Unfair Account Ban on YoWorld To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to formally submit a complaint against Big Viking Games (BVG) regarding the unjust banning of my YoWorld account. I have been a dedicated player of YoWorld for a long time, and I believe my account was banned unfairly.I have always played safely and respectfully, ensuring that I follow all community guidelines and the game's Terms of Service. I was never involved in scamming, hacking, or any inappropriate behavior, yet my account was suddenly banned without a clear explanation.YoWorld has been an important part of my daily routineit serves as a safe space for relaxation and enjoyment, and I feel unfairly punished for something I did not do. I have already contacted **** support team regarding my ban, but I have either received no proper response or was denied without proper justification.I kindly request that *** reviews my case fairly and provides a proper explanation or reinstates my account.     this company likes to ban its players without giving a reason why then they suggest to you to file an appeal that is never investigated some players have waited over a year with no results on may,28 2024 i was banned and never given a reason why upon numerous messages back and forth i was yet to be given a reason i was just told to file an appeal that has no time frame when asked why i was banned all i was told was its being investigated

    As a yearly VIP Premium member in the game, YoWorld, I was supposed to receive my YoCash (in-game currency) between 10 pm and 11pm CST, September 14, 2023. When I logged on the next morning(September 15th) my account had not been credited so I reached out to BVG via the Help tab and submitted a ticket. I finally received a reply on September 28th from Viking ***** in which she offered excuses but no resolution or indication of when I could expect to be compensated. I replied back to her on September 30th inquiring why the YoCash could not be manually submitted to my account. I also let her know that although my subscription did not expire until November 26, 2023, I had already cancelled it due to this issue. Why pay for something that I do not receive? On October 6th, I again replied to the email from Viking ***** to make her aware that it was nearly time for my October benefits to be added to my account and that I STILL had not received September benefits. Big Viking Game's customer service is severely lacking. When someone financially supports a company faithfully for many years via subscription and MANY YoCash packages, one expects to A: receive what they paid for and B: a timely response to issues that arrise. At this point I either would like what is owed to me whether it be ****** credited to my account (along with the YoCoins that I have missed as well) or a monetary refund for the months of September thru November. I do not believe that I am being unreasonable in my request. Copies of communication are included for BVG's review. If a satisfactory solution cannot or will not be reached, I am prepared to seek alternative legal recourse.

    I am writing this complaint as a frustrated customer who has been supporting Big Viking Games financially through out the years. Big Viking Games have banned my ******* account that I have been using since 2015. This happened around 10 days ago when I logged onto my account to find it banned under the reason of "Alternate account of banned player". Truthfully, I do have only 1 alternate account (which is not against their Terms of Service to own an Alternate account) and I have never broken the Terms of Service neither on my Alternate account nor My main. After waiting 10 days for them to respond to my appeal, they responded back to me by saying that "after thorough review, your appeal has been denied for the following reason: Severe Terms of Service violation(s)" yet I have never broken the Terms of Service on neither of my accounts, and they even took it a step further by saying that the decision is final. Nearly 20 players have been banned around the time of my ban and it appears to be common for many players to get banned every now and then. I have never experienced such unfairness through out my time of playing. I have never faced such issues as I have always remained mindful of their Terms of Service and never violated any aspect. I have spent so much time on this game, averaging 5-8 hours per day by socializing/ playing with my friends, and it kills me to see them ban innocent players on the platform who have been customers of this game for many years. The topic of many random & innocent players getting banned has been discussed so many times within the community in the past couple of months, and it seems that Big Viking Games do not care or address this as they seriously should. Their customer support lacks efficiency when it comes to responding within a reasonable period of time. My issue here relies with how poorly the company treats it's loyal customers, and the lack of communication between the "Vikings" and their player-base.*****************
