    I left my laptop there March 17/25. For some reason, I could not start my laptop- no matter how many times I pressed the "on" button. When I picked it up from Forest City Computers the next day, they told me there was nothing wrong with it. They had simply turned it off & on about 12 times. They admitted they hadn't opened up my laptop- just kept hitting the "on" button. Maybe 5 minutes of "work". For this they charged me $ ******. In a room full of male ****************** they refused to hear me complain about the $ 150 charge.
