    In 2022 I paid NATT SCHOOL $10,000 dollars to have my AZ license. The secretary *********************************** never told me that my level of English was an impediment to taking the course. From the beginning of the classes and training it was frustrating for me and the coaches since we did not understand each other, which delayed my learning process and I did not fully understand the classes, consequently when I had to take the practical exam I didn't have the tools and knowledge necessary to pass it, so I failed several times. On November 10, 2023, I personally spoke with Mr. ****** director of NATT, to help me schedule one more training, however they tell me that I am costing them too much and they cannot schedule me for more training, to this day They have not answer me so they can give me a solution. They never explained to me how many opportunities I had to obtain my license. They should have told me from the beginning that if my language barrier was going to be a problem, they should not have accepted me at the school or warned me that it was going to be a great challenge, just as they warned me in other schools. For me, it is already exhausting to take a test again since I no longer feel the support of the school, and I have already invested a lot of money and time in this process, so I would prefer a refund of the money.
