    Had a internet installation from them which left me with damaged siding plaster and unsealed siding

    Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We would like to clarify the situation regarding the service provided to ***.

    It appears that there was a miscommunication between our technician and the customer. Our technician followed the standard procedures and completed the installation as per the initial agreement. However, upon returning home, the customer was dissatisfied with the installation and chose to remove the work that had been completed.

    To resolve the issue promptly, we sent our technician back to the site at no additional cost to the customer. On this visit, the technician refilled the original wire run with silicone, as requested, and also ran and installed a new wire in the location specified by the customer.

    We value our customers and strive to ensure their satisfaction, and we hope this resolution addresses the concerns raised. Please let us know if any further information or assistance is needed.
