    I have purchased a home from R. Moore homes out of lindsday . Almost 2 yrs later the house is still not complete and the repairs to the house have already toped $ *********. I have tried to resolve this with the builders and they have simply told me to F@#$ off and stop calling them. We still don't have a yard and I paid to do the drive way and alot more. The one owner repeatedly stares me down making rude jesters . I do not recommend this company to any one. Buyer beware !!!

     Im quite surprised to see this post.


    You and I have been in open communication from the beginning, up to the completion of your home.


    During the build process, there were a few hiccups that we worked diligently to correct, you and I discussed each of them clearly- mostly in person.


    Close to the closing of the project there were some outstanding items that you would not allow us to come and correct.


    We had settled on a payout number for those items in email, and per our contract. We left the agreed funds with our lawyer to collect (as notified on December 8th/2023). Its still there..


    Per the allegations of destroyed property, when you reached out in August, I promptly checked it as promised. Once I had confirmed this was nothing of our doing/instruction, I suggested the sources and who for you to check with.


    With regards to dirty looks and rude gestures by our people, Im sorry, but not quite sure what or who youre referring to there.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    There is been a lack of communications from your company regarding the long list of defects that are still plaguing my home to this date. You company promised to make good on all building defects , yet almost 2 yrs later there still not completed. The "HUSH" letter you sent me to cover the substandard workmen ship cost is an absolute fraction of the defect cost i have incurred to this point today. Your strong arm approach will not work this time. If I was to sign that release you would take away my rights to speak freely about to build and the issues we incurred. Sorry I had to contact the BBB regarding this ,but the last time we spoke you said  "F@#$ off were done with you ! "

    Hi ****;

    Firstly, I did not, and would not say that.

    As you may recall, right after I had tried to offer help and suggestions for work being done within your neighborhood (which R. Moore homes had no part of) - you were quite angry, and hostile. I didnt appreciate the disrespect, and ended the call quickly. At no time did I swear, or tell you we were done with you.

    Based on your request almost a year ago for us to no longer come to complete any work, and request for a monetary settlement, we did have to put an agreement in place to align with our contract. And yes- a customary request for your not to slander, or do things to hurt our company after we comply to your request, is standard.

    If youve now decided that you would like for us to complete the items we had discussed, and carry out any warranty work that may be required, Im happy to discuss with you at any time.

    Think this is a really great way to end this for you. You can now rest knowing that you no longer have to lie. No longer have to tell friends, family and clients that you do good work and honor your word. Its ok just accept it .
