    Original order number is *****. Paid in full $449.00 USD. Ordered on 5/30/23 at 10:25am CST. Never received the product. The company acknowledged and confirmed this before stopping all communication with me.

    I purchased a product from them 12 months ago for $567.80. I still not have received the product. I have been in touch with them for over a year. I kept being told my product would ship in a month or two. This same excuse went on until Sept. since Sept they have stopped retuning my emails requesting a refund

    On October 21, 2023 I purchased an audio console for $499 from Monogram CC on a pre-order basis. The company's products at that time had good reviews and were in high demand. As of September 5th, 2024 I still have not received the product. I have contacted the company repeatedly, asking at first for updates on my order and inquiring about delays. Monogram's customer service responded with a standard apology regarding delays in components and offered a gift card as compensation for the delay. In July, after waiting for what I considered an appropriate amount of time for the product, I contacted Monogram and asked for a refund. I was met with silence. I repeatedly wrote the company asking for a refund and finally received a note from the company's owner, who apologized for the delay, but said that I would NOT be receiving a refund. This violates the company's posted Terms of Sale section 3.3, which claims that 'If your order is a pre-order for Product that is not yet available, you may cancel such pre-order without penalty at any time up to the shipping date.' I am not the only Monogram CC customer who is dealing with this issue and who has received the apology note from the owner refusing refunds* * ******** ** ** ******* * **** ****** **** *** *** ** ***** ** **** *** ********* ********* **** ****** ***** ***** ** **** *********

    I ordered audio hardware from Monogram on October 3, 2023. Order # *******. I never received the order. I emailed in December 2023 to check on the status and they informed me of a delay, but said shipment would happen in a few weeks. In April 2024 I cheked in again and the updated the delay to have expected delivery in June 2024. In July and August I've emailed and used their website contact methods, but they have not replied. Additionally other people online report the same experience. I simply want a refund, and I'd ask the company to update existing customers and the website about what's happening. Did they go out of business?

    I purchased $734.00 worth of products (order numbers "*******" and "*******") in January. When I purchased them, Monogram told me they would ship in February, but I still have not received any products. I have asked repeatedly for updates and every time I ask, the shipping date gets pushed back. Last I was told it would be shipped in June, so I asked for a refund since clearly they don’t have a product to sell, but they have ignored my request/email. If they can truly fulfill this June delivery, that’s fine, but if they can’t fulfill it by then, then I want my money back, and for them to be shut down from taking new orders, since they are ******** money from more people than just me without a real product. Absolute ***** and vaporware. **** *** ***** ****** ******* *** ****** ***** ***** *****
