Terrible experience! He sold me a brand new *** ebike last year. A week after the purchase, the light was not working. I took an hr out of work and it turned out I was kept waiting for 3 hours before they could fix my light. Two weeks later, my key would not start up the ebike. So I took an hr off work again to have them check it. I was kept waiting for another 3 hrs and when I told Yilmaz that I had to go to work, he told me to leave the bike and pick it up later that evening. I come back in the evening and they have not fixed the bike or figured out why they key was not working. So I had to leave it over night. When I returned the next day in the evening, Yilmaz said he was too busy and the ebike was not fixed. So I told him I couldnt keep taking time off work and he had to fix the issue. So he finally got his mechanic to look at it and it turned out to be a bigger issue than just the key not working. That took another hr out of my evening before the issue was fixed and I was given new keys. A month later my batteries kept dying after being charged for 8 to 9 hrs. I had to take it in the shop and they took a good 3 hrs to fix the wiring issue. Then I store it away for the winter and I took it out last week to take it out for a spin and they batteries have completely died on me. When I told Yilmaz about it, he said it was not his problem. Although, at the time of the purchase, he assured me that I if I purchased the ebike, I had a yr warrenty and that if the batteries died that he would replace them. **** * ***** *** * ***** **** **** *** **** **** ****** ***** *** dont believe anything he says.
